2. What Data We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The content of your message

Infrastructure may process technical data for security. Optional analytics is loaded only after explicit analytics consent.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries: legal basis – your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
  • Providing our services: legal basis – contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Legal compliance: legal basis – legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years unless a business relationship is formed.

Job applications

We process your name, email, CV, business-question answer, motivation, relevant experience, salary expectation, earliest start and optional project for recruitment. Processing the application does not require analytics or marketing consent.

Application fields and technical notification states are stored in the application PostgreSQL database. CVs are stored separately in private App Storage without a public download endpoint. The authorised recruiting contact receives the application and a CV copy via email; the applicant receives an acknowledgement.

Current configured application retention: available beside the application form; temporarily unavailable here. Expired records and private CV files are deleted by maintenance on the next run while the service is running. Email copies have separate mailbox retention and are not deleted by the application's maintenance.

We use the data to take recruitment steps at the applicant's request; checking this notice acknowledges that you have read it, and is not marketing consent. Retention settings and the mailbox deletion procedure must be reviewed by the controller; this technical description is not a certification of legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – to obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure – to request deletion of your data

6. Cookies

Google Analytics 4 (G-7SX0QDW754) is loaded only after explicit, separate analytics consent. We measure page views and successful submissions; a job-application conversion only follows a confirmed persistent save. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, messages, CVs or application answers to Analytics or Meta. Analytics page and referrer URLs exclude query strings and fragments.

With optional marketing consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and website conversions. The Meta Pixel is not loaded before consent, and no marketing event is sent without it.

Use “Cookie settings / withdraw consent” in the footer at any time. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not automatically erase data already sent. The choices are stored separately under balance-media-analytics-consent and balance-media-marketing-consent in browser local storage.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. All data is transmitted via SSL-encrypted connections.

8. Complaints

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority:
